Prayer Requests

"And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints." Eph. 6: 18b

Phyllis Knutson needs our prayers.  Phyllis is a charter member of Saint Mark, Joy Lutheran, and River of Life churches; she and Harry now attend Good Shepherd in Wasilla with son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Cindy. Phyllis has been on the Alaska Synod Council and quite active with the Lutheran women’s groups.

Pray for Pastor Glenn Sachs' family and friends. Pastor Glenn died on March 8.
Roberta Wheat's husband, Mike, in his battle against cancer. Please keep Roberta, family, Mike and doctors in your prayers!

Continuing prayers for those with mental illness and brain disorders; for those fighting addictions and for those who counsel, support, guide, and work with them.

May God, Healer and Comforter, be a blessing to all families in grief. May they know God's healing power and gentle comfort. May they hold to the promise of the Father that all are welcome. (Bishop Michael Keys)
